No refund on the purchase of a Gift Card

Every appointment is specially reserved just for you. To secure your reservation, we require either a reservation deposit or a valid card on file at the time of booking.

For online reservations, a reservation deposit of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost may be collected and will be applied toward your final service total on the day of your appointment. For reservations made by phone, a valid card on file is required to hold your appointment.

As a courtesy to our service providers and guests on our waiting list, we ask that any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours before the start of your reservation. With at least 48 hours’ notice, any deposit paid will be transferred to your new reservation date, or no fee will be charged to your card on file.

Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice, cancelling after the 48-hour window, or missing your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of your reservation deposit or a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost to the card on file.

LF&D Salon requests that all cancellation and rescheduling requests be made by phone call or voicemail. Our 48-hour cancellation policy allows us the opportunity to offer reserved appointment times to guests on our waiting list and helps us protect the time reserved specifically for you.

We offer full exchanges on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product or the full value in a gift card. Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must happen within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box.

Hair Extensions Policy: All hair extensions purchases are a final sale once the hair has been opened, installed, or removed from its original packaging. Due to hygiene and quality control standards, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on hair extensions after installation.

If you have any concerns with your extensions, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment so we can assess and make any necessary adjustments. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to provide solutions within our redo policy.

Our goal is that you love your look-period. Guests may contact us within 3 days and we will redo/make adjustments with the same service provider. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look and you did not originally receive that service, you will be charged full price for the service.
